We celebrate a foster fail with Farley’s family.  His foster family grew very attached to sweet Farley during his time with them and they made such progress with him as he was such a terrified dog when they first got him.  With all the work they put into him it became clear that they couldn’t part with him as Farley was home.  Farley knew it all along!
